Botanica Beauty PLLC does not exclude, deny benefits to, or otherwise discriminate against any person on the basis of race, colour, national origin, citizenship or immigration status, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, marital status, age, honourably discharged veteran or military status, disability, or use of a trained service animal.
This applies to admission to services, participation in services, treatment, and employment, and is consistent with the Washington Law Against Discrimination (RCW 49.60) and Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act where applicable.
Services we provide free of charge
- Aids and services to people with disabilities to communicate effectively with us, including qualified sign language interpreters and written information in other formats.
- Language services to people whose primary language is not English, including qualified interpreters and information written in other languages.
