Website Privacy Policy
Who we are
This policy explains how Botanica Beauty PLLC handles information collected through botanicabeautystudio.com. Health information you provide as a patient is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices. If you are a Washington consumer, also see ourConsumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, phone, and anything you write in a contact, consultation-request, or membership-inquiry form.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider in server logs for security and performance.
- Cookies and analytics: we use strictly necessary storage to operate the site. We use Google Analytics 4 (gtag.js, property G-BGMZDLX8BT) with Google Consent Mode v2, which starts in denied mode — no analytics cookies are set and no events are sent until you affirmatively accept through our cookie banner. Advertising storage, ad user data, and ad personalization stay denied at all times. We run no advertising pixels (no Meta, TikTok, or Google Ads tags), no session-recording software, and no third-party chat widget. Google Analytics is not loaded on the Embrace telehealth referral page. Change or withdraw your choice any time with Cookie Settings in the footer.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule consultations.
- To send communications you have consented to receive.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
- To comply with legal obligations.
How we share it
With service providers acting on our behalf under written contract — hosting, booking, email and SMS delivery, and payment processing — and with our affiliated management entity BB MSO LLC. We disclose information where required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
What we never send to third parties
We do not transmit form contents, treatment interests linked to you, appointment details, or any other health-related information to advertising platforms or analytics tools, and we do not place such information in URLs, browser storage, or analytics events.
Email marketing
We send marketing email only to people who opt in through an unchecked consent box. Marketing consent is never a condition of purchase or of receiving care and is kept separate from the consent needed to answer your request. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe and our physical address, and we honor opt-outs promptly. We log the consent wording, date, time, and source for each subscriber.
Text messages
If you consent to text messages, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Retention
We keep website inquiry data for retention period — confirm with counsel unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Medical records are retained under Washington law and ourNotice of Privacy Practices.
Your choices
- Withdraw email or SMS consent at any time.
- Ask us to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you.
