- All treatments require in-person evaluation by a licensed provider to determine candidacy. A treatment appearing on this site is not an offer to treat you.
- Individual results vary. No result is guaranteed. Photographs, where shown, are of real patients who consented to publication and do not predict your outcome.
- Prices shown are starting prices, are subject to candidacy and current promotions, and may change without notice. The price quoted in your written treatment plan controls.
- Medications, laboratory work, and products are billed separately unless stated otherwise.
Appointments, deposits, and cancellation

Membership
The Botanica Circle is a monthly membership subject to separate written terms provided before enrollment, including credit accrual, expiration, transfer, and cancellation.Attach or link final Circle membership agreement
Financing
Financing is offered by independent third-party lenders. Approval, terms, and rates are determined solely by the lender. Botanica Beauty is not a lender, does not extend credit, and does not participate in credit decisions.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the Botanica Beauty and Lips by Botanica names, logos, text, and images, is owned by Botanica Beauty PLLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Venue lies in King County, Washington. Arbitration clause and class-action waiver — decision required from counsel. Note these have specific consequences for medical practices and should not be added without deliberate advice.
