Facial Tox uses a purified protein that, in tiny amounts, relaxes those specific muscles so the lines above them soften. Placed well, it softens what you notice and keeps the expressions that make you look like you. It wears off gradually over a few months.

Is it right for you
It suits lines that appear or deepen when you move. If a line stays at rest, it may also need volume, and we will say so.
We do not treat anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, with a neuromuscular condition such as myasthenia gravis, with an infection in the area, or with a reaction to a similar product. Some medications need discussing first, privately at consultation. If you do not need treatment yet, we will tell you.

Done in about 15 minutes. Stay upright for four hours, avoid rubbing, and skip hard exercise until tomorrow.
Results and how long they last
Lines start to soften in three to seven days, with the full effect at two weeks, when we see you for review. Results usually last three to four months, and movement returns gradually, not all at once.

Everyone's muscles respond differently, and the only way to know how yours will is to see. We start at the lower end, let it take full effect and review at two weeks. It is how you avoid the heavy brow, the surprised look or the frozen forehead.

How many units will I need?
It depends on the product, the area and your muscle strength, and units are not interchangeable between products. We start at the lower end, tell you the units and total before we begin, and adjust at two weeks.
Does it hurt?
Most people find it quick and very tolerable: a few small pinches from a very fine needle, over in minutes.
When will I see results?
Lines start to soften in three to seven days, with the full effect at about two weeks.
How long does Facial Tox last?
Usually three to four months. Movement returns gradually as it wears off. Daxxify® can last longer for some people.
Is there any downtime?
Usually very little. Small red marks fade quickly, and a small bruise is occasionally possible. Stay upright for four hours and skip hard exercise until the next day.
Will my face look frozen?
Not with our approach. A frozen look comes from too much product. We use a conservative dose and adjust at two weeks only if you want more.
How much does Facial Tox cost in Bellevue?

What happens if I stop?
Nothing dramatic. The effect wears off and your muscles return to how they were. Your lines will not get worse because you stopped.
Can it be reversed if I do not like it?
It cannot be dissolved like filler, but it wears off over a few months. Because we start conservatively, small asymmetries can often be balanced at your two-week review.
