Priced after your consultation, because every plan is different. What drives it: how many areas, how many syringes, how many visits. For reference, cheek, chin, jawline and under-eye filler start from $895, and lip filler from $350. You get an itemised cost before anything is done, and you can start with one step.

What full face balancing means

Full face balancing, often called facial balancing, is a plan rather than a single treatment. We look at how all your features work together, then make small, considered changes across several areas so the whole face looks more in proportion. It usually combines dermal filler, sometimes with Facial Tox, over more than one visit. The aim is not a new face. It is your face, rested and balanced.

One area, or the whole face

One area at a time

Treats the feature you notice. Can add weight where it does not belong, because the cause is often somewhere else.

The whole face

Asks why that feature bothers you. When cheeks lose volume, under-eyes look hollow and the folds by the mouth deepen. Supporting the cause usually needs less product.

How we map your face

Your first appointment starts with looking, not injecting. We study your face from the front, side and at an angle, at rest and while you talk and smile, and look at the balance between the upper, middle and lower face. We take photos to compare later, then show you where a little support would make the most difference, what we would leave alone and why, and in what order. You leave with a clear plan and cost, whether or not you go ahead.

Seven areas

Areas often included

Temples

Hollowing here makes the upper face look tired and narrow; a little support often lifts the whole look.

Temples

Hollowing here makes the upper face look tired and narrow; a little support often lifts the whole look.

Cheeks and midface

Often the foundation; restoring volume here can soften folds and support the under-eyes too.

Under-eyes

The most cautious area of all; sometimes helped most by supporting the cheek first.

Nose

Small amounts of filler can smooth a bump or refine the profile.

Lips

Planned in proportion to the rest of the face, not to a trend.

Chin

Modest projection can balance the nose and define the lower face.

Jawline

Definition creates a cleaner line from ear to chin.

Why we plan across several visits

Doing everything at once makes each change hard to judge and easy to overshoot. Two or three visits let swelling settle, let you get used to each change, and let us adjust to how your face actually responds. You stay in control of how far to go.

We would rather undertreat you twice than overtreat you once.

Restraint across the whole face

Every change should be small enough to look natural on its own and in proportion with everything else. We plan less than you might expect, review at two weeks and add only where it clearly helps.

Results and maintenance

You see a difference straight away, with the final result at about two weeks. Hyaluronic acid filler lasts differently by area: lips often 6–12 months; cheeks, chin and jawline often a year or longer. Over a year, most people return for small top-ups rather than repeating the plan.

Who performs your treatment

Planned and performed by licensed nurse practitioners working under physician medical direction. The same person can usually see you through each visit of your plan.

Questions

Full face balancing, answered

What is full face balancing?

A treatment plan that looks at the whole face rather than one feature. Small amounts of filler, sometimes with Facial Tox, are placed across several areas over more than one visit, so your features look more in proportion.

How is it different from getting filler in one area?

Single-area filler treats the feature you are focused on. Facial balancing asks why that feature bothers you, which is often a change elsewhere, such as the cheeks or chin. Treating the cause usually needs less product.

How many syringes does facial balancing usually take?

Many plans use around three to six syringes in total over more than one visit, but it varies. We recommend an amount for each area at your consultation.

Does it all happen in one appointment?

Usually not. Most plans take two or three visits so swelling can settle and we can adjust to how your face responds.

How much does facial balancing cost in Bellevue?

It is priced after consultation, based on the areas, syringes and visits. Cheek, chin, jawline and under-eye filler start from $895, and lip filler from $350. You get an itemised cost first.

Will it make me look like a different person?

No, and it should not. The aim is for you to look rested and balanced, like yourself on a good day.

How long do the results last?

It depends on the area. Lip filler often lasts six to twelve months; cheeks, chin and jawline often a year or longer. Most people return for small top-ups.

Can facial balancing include Facial Tox as well as filler?

Yes. Facial Tox can soften frown lines or relax jaw muscles that widen the lower face. We will tell you whether it helps your balance.

Am I too young or too old for this?

It is about proportion, not age. Younger faces often need very little; faces with more volume loss may need more support over time. We will tell you honestly whether treatment makes sense now.

What if I only want one area treated?

That is fine. We still look at the whole face so we can tell you whether treating that one area will give you the result you want.
