What under-eye filler can address

The tear trough is the transition between the lower eyelid and the cheek. A hollow there can create a shadow even when the skin itself is not darker. Hyaluronic acid filler may add support in selected cases, but the cause of the appearance matters. Thin skin, pigmentation, visible vessels, puffiness and the shape of the cheek can all influence what you see in the mirror.

A consultation should separate a true hollow from a bag, a swollen area or a skin concern. Filler adds material; it does not remove an eye bag, change every pigment issue or guarantee a rested appearance. Adding volume to an area already prone to swelling may make the concern more noticeable. Your provider may recommend another approach or no injection.

Under-eye assessment is deliberately cautious and may begin at the cheek instead. That does not mean everyone needs cheek filler. It means the support around the eye should be evaluated before treating a single shadow in isolation. The decision follows anatomy and health history rather than a requested syringe amount.

Who it may suit, and when to wait

Under-eye filler may be considered for an adult with a selected volume-related hollow who understands that the tissue is delicate and that swelling, unevenness and serious complications are possible. Your provider examines the lower eyelid, cheek support, skin quality and any tendency to retain fluid. A photograph alone cannot establish whether the concern is suitable for treatment.

Discuss previous filler, dissolving, eyelid or facial surgery, ongoing puffiness, allergies and any past injectable reaction. Bring product names and dates if available. Old filler can persist longer than expected or contribute to swelling; an apparent hollow is not permission to add material without investigating prior treatment. If you do not know what was used, say so.

Pregnancy or breastfeeding, infection or irritated skin near the area and certain medical conditions may mean postponing treatment. Medicines that affect bleeding, immune function or healing also matter. Do not stop prescribed treatment to prepare for filler without consulting the relevant clinician. A recommendation to wait, investigate swelling or seek another opinion is part of an assessment, not a failed consultation.

Before treatment

A considered decision

A shadow is not always a volume problem.

  • Under-eye filler may be unsuitable when puffiness, bags, pigmentation or skin quality explains the concern. The most useful plan can be the one that avoids adding material to an area unlikely to benefit.

  • Hyaluronic acid filler may be dissolved when appropriate, but that does not make every complication reversible. Discuss the limits and risks of both injection and dissolving before deciding. Results vary, and no particular appearance is promised.

Pricing and the November offer

The regular price for under-eye filler with Arianna is $750 per syringe. The November 2026 offer is $599 for under-eye filler. It is a November 2026 offer, not an ongoing regular price. The proposed treatment, amount and total are confirmed at consultation; the offer does not determine candidacy or promise that one syringe will meet a particular goal.

A lower promotional price does not change the need for examination, informed consent or an appropriate plan. Ask what your proposed visit includes and how the quoted total is calculated before deciding. You can discuss your budget without committing to a treatment that does not suit your anatomy.

What to expect, step by step

  1. Describe the concern. Explain whether the issue is a hollow, a dark colour, puffiness or an uneven transition. Discuss how it varies during the day and whether you have had prior treatment. Your provider assesses the eye area and surrounding cheek rather than relying only on a close-up photograph.

  2. Agree the plan. Discuss the proposed product, intended use, amount, cost, alternatives and potential complications. Regulatory labeling is specific to a product and area; ask how it applies to your plan. Candidacy and consent should be settled before injection, without an obligation to proceed immediately.

  3. Preparation and treatment. Comfort measures and placement are chosen for the agreed plan. Pressure, pinching or tenderness may still occur. Neither a needle nor a cannula eliminates vascular risk. Tell your provider about any unexpected sensation or visual change during the procedure.

  4. Instructions and review. Receive written guidance and a contact route for questions. Early swelling can obscure the appearance, so discuss when to assess settling. A review should evaluate symptoms and suitability as well as whether the original concern has changed; more filler is not an automatic next step.

Downtime, day by day

Days 1–2
Bruising, tenderness and swelling can occur. The lower eyelid may look uneven while the tissue responds, and early appearance should not be treated as the final result.
Following days
Swelling may ease, but the under-eye area can remain puffy or tender for longer than other facial areas. Contact your provider if it persists, worsens or differs from the guidance you were given.
Review period
About two weeks can be a settling point, but under-eye review is individualized. Your provider may recommend longer observation or assessment of persistent swelling before considering another procedure.

This is a general recovery outline, not a promise that a bruise or swelling will clear by a particular date. Do not wait for a routine review if pain increases, the skin changes colour or vision is affected.

Risks and informed consent

Possible effects include swelling, bruising, tenderness, lumps, unevenness and an unwanted appearance. The under-eye region can be prone to persistent puffiness, visible product or discolouration when the tissue does not respond as expected. Delayed inflammation or infection may occur. Product choice and technique influence the assessment but do not remove the possibility of complications.

Facial filler can enter or compress a blood vessel and damage tissue. Rare serious complications include vision loss and stroke. The proximity of the eye makes a clear discussion of those risks particularly important. An intention to use small amounts or a dissolvable product must not be presented as protection against every serious event.

Seek urgent medical help for visual changes, severe or increasing pain, unusual pale or dusky skin or other concerning symptoms identified in your aftercare. Notify the treating team promptly, but do not delay emergency care while waiting for a reply. Do not massage or try to manage an unusual change yourself. Treatment of an adverse effect cannot promise complete reversal.

Aftercare and review

Follow the written instructions for the product and treatment area. Ask about pressure, sleeping position, makeup, skincare, exercise and other facial procedures. General filler guidance advises avoiding hard exercise, alcohol, saunas and pressure on the area for a day or two; your provider can adapt advice for this delicate region and your history.

Do not add a new irritating eye product or manipulate a swollen area unless your provider specifically recommends it. A photograph sent to the team can support a discussion, but may not replace an examination when symptoms persist or are concerning. Clarify how to reach the studio and which symptoms need urgent medical care before you leave.

At review, discuss whether the concern was volume-related, how the tissue has settled and whether observation is preferable to more treatment. Under-eye filler can have a temporary effect of nine to twelve months or longer, but response and persistence vary. That range is not a guarantee, a routine refill schedule or a reason to add material without reassessment.

Who performs your treatment

Under-eye filler pricing is for treatment with Arianna. Botanica's care is described as licensed nurse practitioners under physician medical direction; ask at consultation who will assess and perform your particular treatment.

Discuss experience with the tear-trough region, how complications are recognized and how you can reach the team afterward. Provider identity and a published price do not replace an examination or informed consent. Your questions about the product, risks, alternatives and follow-up should be answered before deciding, including the option of no treatment. This guide is general information, not individualized medical advice.

Serving Bellevue and the Eastside

Botanica Beauty Studio is at 12611 Northup Way Suite 220, Bellevue, WA. The studio is open seven days, 10am to 6pm. If you are coming from Kirkland, Redmond, Medina, Mercer Island or Seattle, plan your visit around the assessment and any recovery instructions rather than assuming treatment will happen immediately.

Bring a list of medications, supplements, allergies and previous cosmetic procedures. Mention an upcoming event or travel so your provider can discuss timing without promising that swelling, redness or a treatment response will follow a particular schedule. For location questions, call (425) 543-6060. Book through Boulevard to discuss your goals and candidacy; a consultation may also conclude that treatment should be postponed or not performed.

Questions

Under-eye filler, answered

How much is under-eye filler with Arianna?

The regular price is $750 per syringe with Arianna. Your proposed amount and total are confirmed at consultation. A syringe price does not establish candidacy or promise a particular change.

What is the November 2026 under-eye offer?

The November 2026 under-eye filler offer is $599. It is labeled as a November 2026 offer, not an ongoing regular price. Candidacy and the proposed treatment are confirmed at consultation.

Can filler treat every type of dark circle?

No. Hollows, pigmentation, thin skin, visible vessels and puffiness can produce different appearances. Filler may help selected volume-related hollows but is not a treatment for every dark circle or eye bag.

Will you assess my cheeks as well?

The surrounding support can affect the lower eyelid transition. Your provider may assess the cheeks before recommending an under-eye approach; that does not mean cheek treatment is needed for everyone.

How much swelling should I expect?

Swelling and bruising can occur and may persist longer in the under-eye region. Your provider discusses your individual recovery and review timing; there is no promise of clearing by a particular date.

How long does under-eye filler last?

Typical filler guidance describes nine to twelve months or longer, but product, anatomy and individual response vary. Persistence is not predictable enough to treat that range as a refill schedule.

Can under-eye filler be dissolved?

Hyaluronic acid filler may be dissolved by a licensed provider when appropriate. Dissolving has its own limitations and risks and cannot guarantee reversal of every unwanted effect or serious complication.

Who might not be suitable for tear-trough filler?

Puffiness, eye bags, certain skin concerns, previous filler problems or medical factors may make an injection inappropriate. Pregnancy, breastfeeding and active infection may also mean postponing; assessment is individual.

What symptoms after filler need urgent attention?

Visual changes, severe or increasing pain and unusual skin colour require urgent medical assessment. Contact your provider promptly as well; do not wait for swelling to settle before seeking help.

Does a promotional price change the assessment?

No. The same need for examination, product discussion, informed consent and an appropriate plan applies. A lower price does not make an unsuitable treatment appropriate or promise a result.
